    If the jeans are nice ones and not like all trashy and old (not the new style old – like Im talking actually 10yrs ago old :) ..lol..)

    Yes, Certainly it is. I think it is a very nice look. A casual way of wearing links. Perhaps novelty cufflinks would be best rather than formal looking links. Alternatively silk knots.
