How to turn a mens oversized button up shirt into a dress?

Just wondering if anyone knows how or a website that explains possible ways to sew an oversized mens shirt.. the ones that button up into a dress?

I wouldn’t add one stitch!! I would not only leave it in tact, I would keep the collar and sleeves buttoned. I would wear a petite black(lady) tie. I would add a wide style black belt to give it form. (accent with small earrings..not too much dangle..collar and tie are enough)

You could wear it as, with a nice pump. You could wear a cute little short fitted skirt with a nice stiletto shoe. You could were it with pants..or jeans and still give off a casual/professional look. the possibilities are endless.
