    because men shouldn't be the same size as a teenage girl. simply put

    myself and many others have muscles, and we weigh more than 200 pounds. its a manly thing to do

    the world is not obese, american men are obese…and it looks like its not going to stop. child obesity is on the rise and so is the average calorie intake…this is also for women too!

    here's something to think about: most businessmen are very busy and dont have time to sit down to a good healthy meal, they are always on the go so they eat lots of fast food and drink sugar loaded things to get by…this leads to gaining weight!

    you're lucky dude, I'm 5'4" wear a small shirt, 27 x 30 jeans and size 5 shoe, I haven't gained or lost more than 5 pounds since I was in 9th grade (I'm over 40).
