Should I get a custom-made dress shirt, or just get a fitted shirt tailored?

All my fitted shirts puff out. It’s like wearing a pillow case. I’m sure it would be cheaper to get one tailored than to have one custom-made, but which is better?

Get one of the dress shirts tailored and see if it works…hopefully it should..if not then you would have to get one custom-made…

    Depends on what all you want. and how much you are willing to pay.

    For a custom made it costs me only about $40!
