Buy a shirt that fits your neck size.
Take it to a tailor to have it taken in. It's easier & cheaper to take the shirt in than alter the collar size.
BTW, H & M & http://www.landsend.com carry slim/tailored fit shirts that may suit your build.

It may seen difficult to find a shirt your size, but large department store can find them for your. Best thing I can recommend that you do is; buy shirts that fit your neck size and have then tailored. Many stores offer tailoring services. What they would have to do is bring-in the side seams. If it's a shirt that you plan wearing untucked I would recommend altering the length as well so that it won't look like tube shirt. But trust me, shop around and you'll find the right size.
