I am sorry to tell you the truth but i don’t think there way to save it.
If there is it would cost to much
Take to the dry cleaners they will suggest what to do
You will most likely have to replace it or buy a new one.

Take a lemon slice some salt and rub the cuff with it .
I have no idea on how dark the burn is on the cuff , so I can only give you these tips to try .
If that doesn’t work ,if you know how to sew or someone that does ,you can replace the cuffs ,or cut the sleeves off and make a short sleeve shirt .
