Can I get Carvela Shoes in High Street shops? I know, House of Fraser do them? Does any shops sell them?
As far as I know the only two places you can get them is House of Fraser or Kurt Geiger stores. You can also get them from the Kurt Geiger website.

Yes,you can find LARGE selection at Harrods,at 1 st floor and at 4 th floor (Way In). There are loads discounted shoes from Carvela and Kurt Geiger! You can find real bargains there now,trust me:) hurry now!
