what is difference between regular shirt and french cuff shirt ? ?

can anyone help me to understand the difference ?

A French Cuff is a different type of cuff than a regular cuff. It’s longer so it folds over and you add a cufflink to it so that it stays in place. Here’s a link for a picture – http://www.specialoccasionapparel.com/ProductImages/clergyshirts/frenchcut.jpg
