   if you send your measurement to hong kong you can get any thing tailor made.. with any kind of material you want . any color or buttom arrangement.. look on the internet.. there are a lot of them… the philipenes also…

   If I were you , I' d inquire at the information desk of Gallerias Pacifico shopping center in downtown buenos aires (located on Florida street), or I would check out the alto palermo shopping center (on Santa Fe avenue), ask the Dior shoppe or any other mens suit stores…. they will definetly know or make you buy one of their shirts and tailor it to your body.

   well,you should see a tailor.There are a lot here.One good one is in guayaquil between jose maria moreno and beachef.If you can't find it go to a men's wear store like dior or james smart that they have teirs tailors to fit you in new clothes.

   Their is a place called Porto Mederios in BA they have alot of stores there its an upper class area you might be able to find a place there
